Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Shipping is calculated at checkout or FREE on orders over $75!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
- Preorders may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. See item description for ETA of when item could ship.
- If the items are ready to ship within 48 hours of order receipt, they will be shipped within that time period.
- FREE local pickup is available.
Returns:Â
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.Â
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Preorders CAN NOT be cancelled once processed. Once the order arrives to the customer they can initiate a return at that time but a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all preorder returns and shipping will not be refunded.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.Â
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.Â
- Shipping will only be paid by the shop owner if a defect in the product(s) or a mistake is made within the order is found and we are notified within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
- Most items are subject to a 10% restocking fee for apparel and 20% for bags and cups.
